NSW:Bail refused for alleged drug importer
A Sydney man charged with importing and attempting to possess pseudoephedrine .. the
key ingredient in the manufacture of ice .. has been refused bail.
PETER THEA .. of Chipping Norton in Sydney's southwest .. is charged with importing
commercial quantities of pseudoephedrine and attempting to possess them.
The alleged offences took place yesterday in Mount Pritchard .. also in Sydney's southwest.
The 25 year old's been refused bail today in Sydney's Central Local Court and remanded
to reappear in the same court on September 29.
